It’s 12 years since I landed here in Lismore from one of the biggest cities in the world (Tokyo) with Craig and two Japanese dogs (they are both now 16 years old! ). I didn’t speak English, I had no family or no friends here and I was pregnant. Such big risks we took. It feels like it was yesterday. We started from scratch. Worked hard, not smarter (I’m still working hard even harder???) Now we’ve got a business and own family and friends. It’s very hard to describe how much I appreciate the people who are still supporting us. This is but a small token of my thanks to give you some hints and ideas for cooking everyday’s meal. Eating is one of the biggest events in our life, isn’t it?
